Dr. Phan grew up in Arlington, Virginia and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. She then pursued further education and received her Master of Science in engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and her Doctor of optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now part of Salus University). After completing her residency in Low vision rehabilitation at the Lighthouse International and SUNY Optometry School in New York, she moved back to northern Virginia in 2003 to practice. Dr. Phan believes in providing cares and services from the heart. She is an active member of the AOA, VOA, NVOS, Fairfax Host Lions Club, and VYEA.
